How to Enter

1.  Select a Category: Choose the most appropriate category from the Award Categories menu.
2.  Access the Nomination Form: Scroll to the bottom of this page to locate the official Nomination Form. Please note: submissions will only be accepted via this system.
3.  Complete Your Submission: Fill out the Nomination Form and upload all supporting documents in a single submission. All materials must be submitted at once; partial submissions will not be accepted.
4.  Confidentiality: The identity of the nominating party will remain confidential and will not be disclosed publicly.
5.  File Format: All supplementary materials must be submitted in PDF format.
6.  Language Requirement: All entries must be submitted in English.
7.  Judging Period: Submissions will be evaluated based on the nominee’s performance during the calendar years 2024–2025.
8.  Cost: There is no cost to submit a nomination or to be considered for the awards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Company Awards: Applicants must be companies registered or publicly listed in Hong Kong.
• Individual Awards: Applicants must represent a company registered in Hong Kong.
• Open Access: There are no restrictions based on sex, age, or race.
• Exclusions: Sponsors, organizers, their employees, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Past Winners: To encourage broader participation, winners from the previous year are not eligible to enter any award category this year.
